Air Commerce Park
The Clearfield-Jefferson Counties Regional Airport Authority has opened the door for industrial development at the DuBois Regional Airport with the new Air Commerce Park adjacent to the Airport facility.
The property, located in Washington Township on the north side of Route 830, is one of 12 sites
in the North Central region dubbed by the State as a Keystone Opportunity
Zone and has been designated as tax-free for business and industry
until the year 2010 by the Ridge Administration.
The site also ties in with a new access road from Interstate 80, which was opened for traffic on July 13, 2007, providing direct access to the Airport from I-80 via Exit 90. The DuBois Regional Airport, which is also the site of Foreign Trade Zone #254, offers commercial air service to Cleveland International Airport via Continental Airlines as well as general aviation services for corporate and private aircraft. Tentants in the Air Commerce Park are offered wireless network communications, water, sanitary sewer, natural gas and electric utilities.
The DuBois Regional Airport Air Commerce Park, a 30-acre site, strategically located in Northwestern PA, is an hour from the junction of two major PA corridors, I-80 and I-79, and is situated within a one-day drive or a 2-3 hour flight schedule of more than one-half of the businesses and consumer markets of the U.S. and Canada.
Anyone interested in further details about property at the Air Commerce Park is asked to contact Robert W. Shaffer,
Airport Manager, at 814-328-5311.
