DuBois Regional Airport
The DuBois Regional Airport (DUJ), located in Jefferson County and directly accessible from Interstate 80 via Exit 90, offers commercial and general aviation services to the Tri-Counties of Clearfield, Elk, and Jefferson. Whether traveling via commuter service on US Airways Express from DUJ to Pittsburgh International Airport or by private or corporate aircraft, the DuBois Regional Airport is the only connection you need to beautiful Northwestern PA and the PA Wilds.
PA WILDS SCENIC FLIGHTS and scenic flights of the area are our speciality. The PA Wilds Scenic Flights are pre-routed flights that include spectacular views of the Wild and Scenic Clarion River, Cook Forest State Park, Allegheny Forest, and Elk viewing areas near Benezette. Other scenic flights options include Propose at 1000 Feet , Take a Photo of Your Home or Property , PA Wilds/Winter Wonderland. Scenic flights can also be self-structured (you pick what you want to see), are offered seven days a week (weather permitting), have a three-passenger maximum, and require advance reservations. Another option for experiencing the thrill of flight is the popular half-hour introductory flight offered at DUJ, which includes the experience of taxiing, takeoff, and in-flight control of a single engine aircraft. The airport is managed by the Clearfield-Jefferson Counties Regional Airport Authority. The Authority serves as the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at the Airport. As the FBO, the Authority provides aircraft fueling, flight instruction, scenic flights, and a Cessna 172 for rental or flight instruction.
The Authority's linemen are available to
assist with general aviation services during all times the airport is open.
