Aircraft Rental & Flight Training Procedures Manual

DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this and other Authority procedures relating to Flight Instruction, the following definitions shall apply:

CJCRAA Clearfield-Jefferson Counties Regional Airport Authority.
FI Flight Instructor.
IFR Instrument Flight Rules.
M&M Aircraft Make and Model.
PDC Primary Data Card.
IMC Instrument Meteorological Conditions.
Renter Any individual renting a Authority Aircraft from the Authority.
Student Renter Any individual renting a Authority Aircraft from the Authority and also taking any type of flight instruction from the Authority's Flight School in said Aircraft Type. A Student Renter is not necessarily a Student Pilot. A Student Renter is also considered a Renter.
Student Pilot Any individual holding a valid and current US FAA Student Pilot's license. A Student Pilot is also considered both a Renter and a Student Renter.

VMC Visual Meteorological Conditions.
